They make some excellent wheels but for the equivalent you're looking at 50-60% more. That and I like feeling naughty for the mash up. ;)

Nice wheels, but you gotta work on your staging. Wheels not lined up, cranks wonky, in the granny gear in the cassette… That **** would never get in the bike vault. ?

Hey, rubber is at least "clocked" this time. I had debated about putting them askew, just for the posts I knew that would draw, but I'm too lazy to seat the tire more than once.

Btw, this received no such comments but...

I give Piob a pass on this one. Post install/maintenance photos don't count :-D . I'm always just happy I didn't damage anything when I'm done working on my bike.

Just count how many times you use stuff. The bell is useful almost every ride for me. The light doesn't need a permanent attachment - you can get rubber "round the bar" attachments and take the whole thing off for day rides. Do you really need an iPhone - can't you study key turning points and alternative routes ahead of time and pull the thing out if you need confirmation or rerouting?

So no one believes in day time running lights for bikes here? I want to be as visible as possible and I always have them on and flashing. Even with those on though cars try to run me over at intersections. Is it just me or are the worst offenders those with handicap license plates?

Bike Vault are submissions on GCN's Tech show.

GCN in general puts out great content. I've learned a lot from them and those Brits are hilarious with that funny accent :-D .

I was a mountain biker for too many years so lights seemed like overkill. Now I run that rear flasher. It took me a while but after so many close calls with douchebags I gave in. Douchebags still try to kill me but by and large my area is very bike friendly.

Did you 'shop out the stand? Teach me your bike selfie ways, sensei.

I'm with you on the DRL. I use the Bontrager Ion Flare set on pretty much every ride. They are very bright and very small.

Damn, you are good! I just use a stick and try to hide it behind the wheel. In this case, I only had a little photoshopping to do. Note, I even removed the other half of the stick that I tossed into the street.

Imagine if I put this much effort into my actual rides?

Been watching GCN and should have clued into that name. I like to watch them when I'm lifting weights or hitting the elliptical instead of cycling.

I have them but only turn them on for the few tunnels I go through. I'm usually in bright shirts, red CamelBak, etc.

When did kickstands become so uncool. Too much drag or weight? Too dorky? They are fairly practical. I had one on my DS 8.5 but it got bent smashing into a curb so I removed it.
