Already resisting the urge to upgrade/tweak. I keep telling myself for the next two years or so what matters most is upgrading the engine. Thinking wheels will be the first upgrade when it happens though.
Now see?
This is what passes (to some) as really interesting content, right?
All that useful info about absolutely nothing?
The absolute apex of narcissistic vacuity.

I was thinking about wheels too, but I've been reading about Carogna tape.
I think I'll keep the Benotto shod in sew ups forever.

That guy, is an overly chatty, omni-present, know it all. I'm guessing older, and extremely single.
Into the ignore pond, scum queen!!!
Regarding that "overly chatty, omni-present" claim, let's do some basic math.

At least it had something to do with cycling.

Hit the trails with Mrs. UnF for the first time this year. Given how dry it’s been, was worried things would be sketchy but it was actually pretty good. Hoping to go more before the rains come!

Posting picture so I have a record when this baby is eventually stolen from my garage.

Fun fact: Did you know spindles are directional

This bike is reminding me the importance of patience and attentiveness.

WOOOOOSSSAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH. SERENITY NOW.

Also: shifting integrated to the brake lever is COOOOOOOOL. Never seen that before. Neat.

When building a bike, should you use an old chain or always buy a new one?

If new components, use new chain. Otherwise, old chain is fine unless it’s worn out.

The bike is almost done; just trying to determine an FR shifting issue. Won’t go from small to big; big too small is fine

The BB wasn’t cross threaded lmao

Glad they arrived finally. :)

But Flip. Bro.
This build needs some help. when did you start making this "Gravel bike" into a road bike? Those pedals tho. come on man, you set out to restore a killer gravel bike to modern quality.

And besides, I custom refinished those brake levers for you on the build plan you wanted to do. What is the build plan?

Not grumpy,I'm confused. But tell me, they do look good, right? :smarmy:

Glad you got them. and the dope gummies.

Keen to see this build hit the high notes.

My FSA headset has arrived, and it's good. A big refresh over the old FSA headset that is rusty in the bearings. From the bike being in a junk pile.

Went for a ride today, as is. It was still nice, to be free.

Also worked out the fork measurements I need. So those will be ordered soon.
