Any pics to show what you’re flagging?
I was referring to the pics posted above. The one on the left are older pics and the ones on the right are more recent, from Medallion shoes. You see any difference? I've also seen pics of real shoes which show that.

Just placed an order for the RTW Hayes in vintage rioja, TG73 last. Will take a few months since they don't have my size in stock. I was hesitating a bit because a lot of the photos online of the same shoe don't look that great too me, maybe the result of poor angles and not being freshly polished/having a mirror shine.

I think the Medallion photos (right) look a million times better than The Rake photos, and they're the same exact shoes!

I have a pair of Hayes in vintage Rioja and they are one of my favorite pairs of shoes.

TG73? I really haven’t seen it on any of the other lasts. Chestnut looks good too from some pics I saw on eBay once.

These are actually some really good models too. I've been seeing them for some time now on the website. It looks like they were not selling and look at how fast they go if you put them at some substantial discount.

Nothing anywhere near my size... ?
Thanks for the tip, though! Nice deals indeed.

Debating the color of a pair of St. James II: vintage cherry, black or vintage oak.

Vintage cherry would be cheaper without the MTO but the only issue is I have an Adelaide from Meccariello that is a red cherry color, which doesn’t have much brown in it and is one of my favorite colors of shoes that I own. Would the G&G SJII in cherry be redundant or is there enough difference in color? Some pairs of the cherry SJII look red similar to my pair of Meccariello, but others seem to be more light brown with a little bit of red. My only thought is I could have them recolored if there are similar, which could be cheaper than paying for the MTO.

I’m also thinking a black SJII might be a waste, but I’ve loved the photos of seen. At least vintage oak could be burnished and show a bit of color contrast.

Get the Rothchild in doak. Or the StJamesII in vintage pine.

Question on vintage cherry (for the SJII): I’ve noticed in some pics, cherry appears to be a true red color, while other pics shows a mahogany color that is a reddish brown, with clear brown tones. Is it just the lighting/processing of some cameras, or is there variation with how a pair of vintage cherry will look?

Just varies in different light.
