fair enough, mainly the patina looks berluti like to me.. love it though so no need to really compare...
Don't get me wrong here, Berluti will always be grail shoes for me, but the patina on this looks more unpretentious if that makes any sense.

These G n’ G’s were a casualty of a drunken night in New York City. Apparently there was lots of salt on the sidewalk. When I woke up the next morning (thankfully in my own hotel room) this is what I found.

can anyone recommend a place to get them fixed or are they just dead?

I had a similar problem with boots from another maker. What I did was:
1- brush the shoe to clean the surface of the leather
2- apply several coats of coloured cream (saphir), pressing on the 'bumped' areas
3- few days later apply wax

The colour was fully restored, the bumps are visible only if you put your face 10cm away from the shoe. I am sure there are better techniques and a professional could achieve a better result, but that's what I did!

Just saw these on their Instagram... amazing but reminds me of Berluti

Those two-eyelet Gaziano & Girling Deco Rogers and Wildes are more like the Corthay Arca. Love them! Got a pair of Wildes, a Rogers will be my next "full price" G&G purchase (no idea how far into the future, though...).

He’s great but I didn’t see anything about how to fix raised spots in the leather

Two sites with the same suggestion.
https://taftclothing.com/blogs/thetaftblog/how-to-get-rid-of-salt-stains-from-leather-shoes
https://www.permanentstyle.com/2008/12/how-to-save-your-shoes-from-salt.html

Also, give G&G's Saville Row store a call. I'm sure they can give you some advice.
