It really is, mine never come out that way. Thinking about going to the city buy me few polishing stuff and sit 3-4 hours with my shoes and make them like that. They deserve it.

Sorry for the delay. Hopefully have both of these over the next week. I'll keep you posted.

No regrets here. I love these shoes and while the wait is long, it never takes away from the excitement of opening that package. Looking forward to it.

I see Ethan applying some polish on the sole......sure GG's oak bark soles are pretty but really? wax on sole?

I've heard of using neutral cream polish to make the soles last longer (and possibly look better), but I've never seen it done with wax before.

I see Ethan uses the wet rag against his skin, this is odd. Shoe polishes have plenty of poisonous ingredients and I can't even open a can of Saphir indoors. The stink alone is nauseating. A few polishing sessions a month shouldn't be an issue, but I'm a bit worried about Ethan's three-hour orgies and frequency. Although this does give a new meaning to shoe high.

Well Actually I enjoy polish my shoes and can sit for hours with a bottle of makers mark making it a fun day. But you are right it really stinks up the place. But open all windows for 3-4 hours when i'm done there should be no problem :)
