Luckily for me they would be 1/2 size to big for me.

The hatch grain is beautiful.

Those are amazing. Too bad the 9E wouldn't be too small for you. :(

Thanks guys, I should 've ordered a UK8E to start with... was optimistic that I could break in my 7.5E St James.. I'm asking $1350 for this pair, the same MTO configuration would cost $1480, not to mention a 6 month wait and possibly custom fees to be incurred.

This was the issue as far as I was told. Apparently G&G were finding it quite hard to source skins large enough to do wholecuts over size 9 that were of sufficient quality. When I asked about it I was told that unless there was an influx of high quality, large stingray skins, there would be no stingray wholecuts in my future.

If size of the skin is an issue than you need to check often with G&G (or anyone else) as the supply of quality big skins IS sporadic. So if they don't have any now it doesn't mean they won't have any in 2 months time. I had to wait 3 months for my order of 16" wide skins.

I've just god back from the G&G factory. Tony tells me that he has found a new supplier of quality Stingray in larger sizes. Up to UK 12 / US 12.5 / 13. He warned me that for the largest sizes there may be an additional delay because they cannot guarantee these will be available as soon as they need them. So, if anyone wanted to order a pair in any size, let me know.

Sadly I might have to let go of this pair as its half a size too small

Actually i'm waiting for my G&G in size 7.5E. If they fit me I maybe will take these off your hands aswell, how much you want for them?
