Hi guys,

Just wondering if I could get some experience G&G advice. Recently purchased a brand new pair from a fellow SF member - Mayfairs in polo suede on MH71. Shoes fit great length and width wise, but the top of the shoes doesnt close properly. Attached a few images. Do you think this will properly stretch over time?

I do not think it will stretch. Does it hurt you after you wear it for some time? If it does not, you might want to take it to the cobbler to add additional holes on the straps. That might help, but it seems to me that instep on this model is too low for you feet.

Suede will give somewhat, but I can't see these ever fitting over your instep properly. I would, sadly, give these up as a lost cause.

you have high instep, sadly all GG rtw lasts may never work for you.

I've always considered myself having a high instep, and MH71 F-Width works very well for me.

Give F width a try and if you can get to GG trunk show that would be very very helpful full.

G&G Gents,

Does anyone know where I can find a pair of RTW G&G Oxfords in Vintage Oak? My preference is for Captoe models (Cambridge, Kensington, Harrow) in GG06 but will also consider those DG70. Also open to austerity brogues on either last.

I’m UK 11.5 standard E width.

I’ve turned the internet upside down with no luck. MTO is an option but I’d prefer to avoid the 3 month lead time if I can find one RTW.

1150 pound comes with shoe tree and includes the delivery. The price was given to me when I asked. So estimately 1500$

No man not bad at all specially bison leather dam thing is rombust. Plus shearling definitely a plus.
