i see - so what design of chukka it your fave??????


none. in my book chukkas should not be worn by grown ups. it's a schoolboys attire, imo.

nice haul again, thro i am loving the oxfords and the chukka's


I wasn't expecting it, but I think the oxfords may be my fav from this batch.


mt- what was wrong with the two you sent back?


St. James had some small tool marks which have shaved off bits of suede, plus there's some glue or miscellaneous stuff in the rear quarter broguing. Arran has some slight rippling of the leather across the vamp. All in all, fairly minor stuff - but at the same time these are issues which should have probably been noticed IMO.

probably not. chukkas just don't do it for me... there was a vass floating around some time ago, that wasn't bad.

looking forward to phillip's delivery. :happy:

Also, how is GG going to "fix" those problems? they probably have to make you new shoes from scratch... look forward to hear the resolution of this.
