There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

G&G lasts are amazing... always a conflict between EG and G&G for me.

Do I really need a Canterbury in vintage rioja when I already have a Wigmore in that color... and I'm also trying to get a pair of EG Shannons...

Maybe I already have too many balmoral boots and I shouldn't pick up any more.

Anything to do to avoid writing reports for the next few hours.

I'm in the same boat as Torsion - I'm gong to buy my first G&G in the next week (before the Bespoke England sale ends) and it's going to be the Oxford. I don't currently own a plain black captoe Oxford - a serious hole in my rotation - and after beating around the bush (and staring endlessly at Wurger's thread) the G&G is the only plain black RTW Oxford I really like aside from Cleverley which is just a bit more.

GG06 is a nice classic last but I'm going with MH71 - I've always liked chisel toes (I own several 348/58 for instance) and the narrower toe box fits me better. And perhaps (as JS says) I'm just a dandy at heart.

Thanks, mate - hope they fit. Maybe you'll get a good deal if they don't. :brick:

I ordered them last November and sent a query this week asking for a cancellation if they weren't in process.
Lo and behold I'm told that they're done! Pictures even.
    So where are they?
    Only Nick knows.

If that's the shoe from Nick's tumbler, it's a beautiful make-up. I didn't know how good the highland grain combo would look...

Yes, thats the pair from Nick's tumblr. Actually the outcome of the highland grain is better than I expected.

Evidently I've been spending too much time on Styleforum. I can tell: last night I had a dream where I polished burgundy G&G cap toe boots with dark brown paste. I don't own such a pair, but perhaps nomen is an omen. The madness!

If I typically wear a US11.5-12 standard width do you guys think a UK11 in the KN14 last would do the trick?
