My first pair of shoes from Nick at bespoke-england, and I have to say it`s been well worth the wait. Nick has gone beyond every metric you can imagine, and has excelled at all details and communication. Thanks Nick.

Very very nice, looks like an ideal all weather shoes. Are those 360 welt? Wensom sole doesn't look as 'rigid' as Dainite.....

Nutcracker, I wanted a pair that is exactly that - that I can use in the rain and be `tougher` than leather. I did not want a country look, so avoided dainite. From the top and side, you cannot notice they are not leather. I`ve found with the recent technological advances in rubber that the thickness has little to do with wearability of the rubber - in fact my RM Williams soles are good after 10+ years of abuse, and are the same thickness as leather. It seems that these wensum soles are similar, but will update as time passes. Yes, these are 360 stitched.

Yeah, the top/side/profile view is much more important than the bottom view. From the side I can't notice they are rubber either

Not even worn, but I got out my light tan kiwi and dark brown cream and gave them a polish! The spit and polish on the high quality leather really brings out the best...
