    Thanks I appreciate the tip and I also got the same advice from Dean.

    So they just landed and this will definitely not be my last pair of G&Gs! A couple of quick questions for the vets:

    When you get your first pair do you have a particular regimen you follow before an inital wear i.e. Renovateur, creme, etc?

    Secondly, i tend to bull all my shoes but these are a Highland grain upper. Do most just usually brush that portion or can the highland grain be brought to somewhat of a gloss? I know it won't gloss like smooth calf but I'm just curious.
