1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

At G width, just go for MH71/GG06. Doesn't make much sense to get ultra pointed toe for extra wide lasts.

Probably north of 100, mostly pre SF days of Gucci, Prada, LV. A guesstimate would be about 40 Edward Green, John Lobb, G&G, and Carmina. G&G I'd guess 15-20 pairs.

I don't care too much for the suggested lasts, but I will consider your advice since I must differ to your expertise.

I'm assuming you would feel the same about the deco last? I cannot recall if you care for that last...

I think the Antibes is a great loafer. My ones are a little loose early in the day but a tight fit after a flight so they are probably about right size wise I usually take a 9 UK and they are 9.

Thanks for the kind words. Interestingly the leather "blisters" when wet, very similar to when shell gets wet; however, after some polish on my G&G, the little blisters do recede. This also happens when I get my Carminas wet. It guess it is the type of leather. This does not happen to my EG, Vass, AS, which I assume are made with a different type? >90 degrees today so giving the Wigmores some sun after getting them caught in the rainstorm this past weekend: [IMG] Oh yeah, darn y'all with larger sizes... unfortunately Barney's don't carry 6.5/7E or else I would have picked up a pair in every single style...

    Mr Brioni,

Very impressive list of shoes - post SF. Can I ask why no AS, Crispins, Corthay and Vass?

    Here's someone else collection:

That's a lot of EG... I didn't even know they made cowboy boots (center column, bottom row, center pair)!

Well, I don't feel so bad with my 'collection'
