since you have it . . . . i was considering double soul or maybe i should say sole.
on 1 hand i can "see it' but also wonder if it might turn out a little chunky. have an opinion ?
I think a single sole on the Cannes is fine. A double sole will make it too casual and odd looking since the vamp is shorter on this shoe.
By the way, mine tore aboy 1/8 inch at the vamp curve. I was told they changed the design to correct the problem since I bought mine, but ask them about it.
Coming if few minutes
Like I said, the new design is better and will not split. This is due to too many factors (some my own fault), but this is one of the best fitting shoes I had from GG
holy great grains batman!
They need a polish, but otherwise great shoes.
Very nice Splender, the chair seems also nice
Absolutely stunning leather! Is this the same leather as you have in your Arran?
Yes. This leather polishes better than anything I've seen in 45 years or buying shoes.
Damn...now i really need to buy those chukka boots.
appreciate you confirming what i suspected on the soul. i do believe you are correct, i am gonna like that one A LOT.
kind of expecting the top of the grains to take a fairly high shine, then drop down their sides a little muted.
