New Fox suede Arran chukkas on GG06 arrived today. I've very pleased with the way they turned out.

Looks like all G&G stock is on sale at Skoak. Thankfully I don't need anything that they have in stock.

Deco Papworth in Rioja Hatch Grain. A bit unusual perhaps. I took the advice of Stephen Williams in the Savile Row store. Probably not the most versatile pair I have, but quite pleased with the outcome.

Pigskin! Looks great. Anyone know the attributes of pig skin leather?

Yeah, I like them as well. Though I'm planning on replacing them with a vintage rioja Cliffe next year.

Congrats, those are gorgeous. I disagree on versatility - I could see those with charcoal suits, herringbone slacks, and lighter colored chinos :)

Super stoked on my Rioja Hatch Grain Burnhams (hopefully arriving in January)!

Thanks for the comments. The color is certainly versatile. Just wondering about the rather aggressive last and maybe that will make it more difficult to wear. All my other G&G until these 2 most recent acquisitions are on the TG73 last. I'll post some pics when I eventually wear them.

I'm also waiting on a Burnham Hatch Grain in February/March, but I got mine in Green Hatch. Really curious to see how those turn out.

I decided to treat myself to a little Black Friday/Death of Castro gift and I need not look farther than our own forums. Low and behold was this completely BNIB gem that a kind gentleman had for sale in my size. I was still hoarding Alden shell at the time this Skoak GMTO was conducted so when I saw these available I just had to have them. I couldn't be more thrilled with this pearl grey color on the pattern of my favorite oxford.

On the hoof pics to follow in due time.

Mr Venneri. You've got one amazing pairs there. I would pay more than the selling price for those shoes if I see one, especially with that antiquing. One lucky man you!
