Gap selvedge

I was looking around a gap factory store in my area and found a pair of slim selvedge and may even be raw. Manage to get the pants for under 8 dollars so I had to grab them. When I got home I discovered that one leg is slightly tighter that the other but you can't tell when they are being worn. Is this common? Is there a way to fix it?
