What do you know about shoes

On a semi-serious note, I thought you were trending more and more to solely bespoke commissions. Or will the famed collection be a mixture of RTW and bespoke?

BTW: I loved the pics of your 2 reindeer commissions you posted previously and this past weekend I was lucky enough to see SF member Kaizen's Cleverly bespoke commissions at the Houston meet up. It's a really nice hide indeed.

Does the Council have follow along groupies or whipping boys?

Back to Aesthetics....I didn't like the aesthetics of the EG Neville's side seam...seeing the G&G Thorpe in person relieved me of any concerns

If I had to do it again, I might consider ordering the Thorpe in Cigar/Dark Brown Shell Cordovan or Mahogany scotchgrain cordovan

The council is a political expression of iGentry whereas you are more like one of its prophets.

At the end of the day, there is no absolute bespoke last. As we all know- fit is paramount.

PS: Mr. Will does his blow hard notes as i got to know him.

PSPS: I vote for the Nevis ... if somebodey would ask: It is more balanced in the general setting.

It's a close call and I'd want to see them both in the same finish, but the toe of the G&G is a tad more elegant for me.

Pulled the trigger on the Thorpe. MH71, Rustic Arran Grain, Double Dainite Sole (leather middles), storm welt, steel eyelets and speed-lacer hooks. Now I just have to wait 4-5 months

Currently trying to make the same decision Thorpe vs Nevis. I also would like to know how this turned out.
