those are nothing short of fantastic-- great purchase! when worn/ laced up, does the "throat" of the balmoral close completely/ both sides touching, or is there a space?

if i designed the perfect pair of shoes, thoes would be it -- color, broguing, shape, sole treatment, everything.

well, the toe could be a touch less square. but theyre 99.7% there. fantastic pair

Fantastic shoes.

The TG73 last is quite elongated and chiseld, though. Very funny looking, therefore, for the large feet.

To the OP: Did the Vintage Rioja come with extra burnishing/antiquing to give it a darker look?

The pattern on the throat looks nicer and more rounded at the bottom edges now than the pattern G&G used over a year ago...which some of us complained was a bit squared...better for you.
