Vintage Cherry on the MH71 last according to the cobbler's website! But they look closer to vintage cedar in the pictures? I would really like to see them "in the wild", as Luk-cha calls it. I think it's time for a little mini trip to Uppsala.

I had girlfriends in both cities 10 years ago , also in malmoe so the swedish people dresses far better than the madrileños , and their culture , beauty , manners and everything is from other world. That G & G old rioja was out of this world. Say thanks to 800 years of islam invation...

You seem to suggest some cause and effect between your alleged relationships with Spanish and Swedish women and the superiority of Swedish style...? Please, expand...

G&G is my favorite shoemaker. It's good to learn they are becoming more accessible globally. Can anyone speculate why they are no longer carried at Leather Soul?

The last shoe (alligator) is a bespoke shoe. So not a ordinary last. I'd say that if I'd compare it to a ready-to-wear G&G last it's closest to TG73.

Great. Definitely going to visit Davidsons next time I'm in Stockholm/Uppsala. The recent upsurge in interest for quality shoes in this land of cheap, rubber soled, square toed monstrosities brings some hope.

I just wanted to let you know that Gaziano & Girling is also available in Stockholm at Hans Allde, Birger Jarlsgatan.

Probably because Bespoke England is offering them hundreds of dollars cheaper for some reason.
