Hello hello,

There are all of these threads about funeral wear lately, and all of them are no fun at all. Imagine.

So, say - what little, subtle, witty detail would you add if you weren't too keen on the former owner of the corpse being given the old heave-ho? I hate lots of old people that I know, so I might have to deal with this soon.

Anyone with a better idea than a yellow carnation?

Ta.

If you so despise a deceased person, then why go to the funeral in the first place? Why don't you consider the feelings of the grieving family and friends and just stay home?

+1, stay home. A funeral isn't a place to try to make a witty little statement because you didn't like the person.

I'm going to be very disappointed in this forum if it doesn't show its fun side at least once in this thread.

wear a devil costume... after the family/friends give their eulogies and they ask if anyone else has any words, go up there and welcome the dearly despised into the after life
