Some Qs:

Can you provide measurements on the coats? Shoulders, chest, waist (middle button) and sleeve.

Any vents?

Which model Corneliani is this?

Do you know who makes the Faconnable coat and where?

Thanks

Indeed, I've yet to have it altered because of the sizing, which is more a natural 40R than 38R.
