I ordered a number of these from ebay in order to make sure I got the right fit, and I ended up with a duplicate pair that fits properly. I have included some pictures from the seller, and one picture that I took of the exact same pair of jeans being worn. This pair will fit someone who wears jeans tagged 36 perfectly. It is quite low rise, about 10" and the waist measures exactly 38" but this is a bit deceptive as this pair of jeans is meant to be worn a bit lower. Ankle opening measures 8.5" exactly. Inseam measures 32.5" Price is $70 shipped within the US/Canada which is essentially what I paid after paypal fees.

The jeans pictured below are the bootcut but the fit is identical down to the ankle.

To answer a question, the color is closer to the bottom picture than the top ones, which were apparently taken with flash.
