For sale is a new without tags Brooks Brothers Fitzgerald sport coat / jacket. Size is marked as a 42r, but check the measurements below.
This is the perfect jacket for the Summer. 95% wool, with the remainder poly and lycra to keep it light. Brooks Brothers call this BrooksCool. The jacket is partially lined. The jacket is fully canvassed. Be the only guy at that outdoor wedding that isn't sweating like a pig.
This is thte Fitzgerald fit. Soft shoulders and slimmer throughout. I bought this jacket from fellow forum member Steve Smith, but I need a smaller size. I tried it on, but never wore it. When I bougt it, it was advertised as NWOT. Nothing I did would change that. The tag is marked through, to prevent returns.
This is the jacket half of a suit. If I didn't just tell you that, you'd never know. I've seen the same fabric as a sport coat, so it can be your secret.

Measurements:
Pit to Pit: 22"
Shoulders: 18.5"
Across the top button, when buttoned: 21"
Sleeves: 24", with at least another 2" to let out. At least.
Back of the collar to the bottom: 30.5"

If you have questions, let me know.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
