1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

There is a support thread if you have any issues.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

For sale I have a Hickey Freeman suit sized 40R. This suit is made of 100% medium weight worsted wool in very dark gray/soft black (hard for me to tell, exactly) with medium gray subtle chalkstripes. The suit is a classic single breasted 2-button model with flap pockets, and pants which feature double-pleats and cuffs. Canvassed construction, of course. Suit is in excellent shape. Fabric is pristine with no real wear that I could discern, and I was unable to find any sort of tear or stain or hole on either the pants or the jacket. I would like $95 shipped for this suit within the US. PM me with any questions, or if you would like to purchase it. Price is now $85 shipped. Measurements are as follows: Chest: 44" Shoulders: 19" Sleeves: 24" from shoulder seam to end of sleeve Length: 30.5" from under collar to bottom of jacket Inseam: 30" with about an inch to let out, 3" if cuffs are dropped Outseam: 41" Waist: 33.5" with about 2" to let out [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Sorry DD, did not see your reply. Pants are lined to the knee.

Price is now $85 shipped in the US, and I'm probably going to put this on ebay Sunday night if I get no offers.

I'm not positive on when it was made, but the button stance, lapel width, and gorge height seem pretty standard for this type of American suit. The model is Canterbury - which is still made by HF today if I recall correctly. The tag also seems fairly recent - I would say within the last 10 years. I would not consider this suit 'dated'.
