I have a brand new, never worn navy blue Hugo Boss Pea Coat in a size EUR 52 (US 42). I really like the jacket but unfortunately it is too big for me. Chest (pit to pit): 23"
Shoulder (seam to seam): 19"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of sleeve): 27"
Collar to Hem: 34"

im not sure a eur 52 is a us 42, might want to x2 check your sizing conventions.
