Those measurements are for a 34S or something like that!

It's amusing how much Asian sizing is scaled compared to American sizing: I have an Asian t-shirt in XL that's too small for me, while I often buy S in American stores.

PS: timhey, you'll get a better response if you specify the material and be prepared for someone to ask for photos of the tags.
