I'm usually a ~34.
Let me clarify on the fit.. they fit me fine in the waist. It's just the thighs and hips that are tight because I have a huge ass and thighs from competitive powerlifting (and eating a lot).

Waist pulled straight across - 18"
Front rise - 14.5"
Will be good for guys with a 32-35" waist depending on where you wear it on your hips.
Thigh - 12.75"
Knee - 8"
Leg opening - 6.5"
