I doubt you're going to get much interest here: shoe taste tends to run pretty conservative. I know a folk musician (bassest) who wears bespoke shoes that look a lot like Cydwoqs - his stage outfit is a three-piece brown pinstripe suit - but he's the only person I can imagine pulling them off.
