Just thought I'd mention that I've tried on the non-greycast James and the 29's were too small for me, I would definitely need a 30. However, I found that these greycasts fit a little bigger, so if you are a true 30, then these would be a good fit. Measurements on the Greycasts: Waist: 14.5" Thigh: 10.75" Leg Opening: 8.5" Also added a black version of the great laundry shirt...
