Selling what is one of the nicest coats I've seen come from CDG or any of its other lines. Perfect in every sense. Purchased new from Odin for $900 when they first got them in stock and it sold out quick. Exterior is a wooly herringbone pattern that has to be seen and touched to be believed, picture does it as much justice as I can with a camera. Every detail is there and thought out. Exterior pockets button up and are lined in the same silky rayon that the rest of the coat is lined with except not quilted. Coat can be zipped up and buttoned or just zipped, I think it looks best just zipped. Hood is anatomic and fits nice and snug. All buttons nice and thick. Only detail that makes it a "real" CDG is the contrast pattern on the sleeve which is pictured but is quite understated. Interior zippered pocket. Lined throughout in silky rayon that is similar to what RO uses and the lining is quilted throughout. It's warm but not a super heavy winter coat. Perfect for Fall or Winter in warmer climates. Fabric and details are what I expected from SF heavyweights but never got. For me, this is the definition of streetwear meets couture and is a perfect statement piece for CDG. I have never seen it for sale elsewhere and the price is firm. I am having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that I moved to a warm place and just won't use it. Worn a few times but absolutely no sign of wear whatsoever. I have seen this board go bonkers over coats from Schneider, EG, Geller, RO and other designers but nothing really touches how luxe, "fashionable" and understated this piece is. It's really gorgeous. Quality, crafstmanship, design, it's pretty much all there. When it zips up, it comes right underneath the chin. It's modern but really timeless; it'll look as good in twenty years as it does today. Fits a true 48 but can be sized down slightly if you're not wearing 3+ layers underneath. Feel free to PM me any questions. Measurements (appx): Shoulder: 19.5" Pit: 22" Length from bottom of hood: 28.5"
