Im interested in the APC shirt what does size 1 compare to in US as I normally wear a medium to small depending on whether it is slimmer fiting

size 1 would usually be S, though IMO the shirt is a bit closer to M. here are some basic measurements. conversion website to inches should be easily found if you need it.
