Brand new in box with all original packaging, was tried on only to find that it didn't fit me well and has been sitting in storage for quite some time. Unfortunately, it will not ship in original box and packaging due to the cost of shipping. It will be folded up and boxed unless locally picked up where all original packaging is included. I'm 5'7 145lbs and should be a 36S or 34R for reference.
