so i just got these boots, they are just beautiful but they are a bit too large for me. the condition is excellent plus, i think the original owner has not worn them for more than a handful of times. the edge of the rubber on the heel just have the slightest wear that can be detected. i am not sure whether these are made of shell cordovan. if anyone can tell me i would greatly appreciate it. looking for $245 shipped within north america.

based on the fine creasing in the toe, i'll say regular leather, but i'll need closer pictures to be more sure.
