Frye Welt Stitching

So I bought a pair of seconds new Frye John Addison Lace up boots and the defect they have is the welt stitching on one small part of the outsole is right on the edge of the outsole. Is this ok, or is the welt stitching going to wear out?

Just to be clear they aren’t refundable as the seller is from eBay and they are second listed as coming with defects. Here’s another photo for reference.

I doubt it will be much of an issue if the stitch still actually goes all the way through to the leather welt on top.
Once you wear out the soles enough to get a resole, most of the other stitches on the bottom will already be worn through anyway and these faulty ones will probably still be holding on ? And when the cobbler stitches on a new sole, it will be fixed
