Frustration with MTM

I've recently been hunting for an MTM suit. However, everything I've looked at has keyhole-shaped lapel buttons. Not a single one has the straight-cut style that I greatly prefer. Has anybody had any luck finding one without the keyhole style?

On another note, I've had difficulty finding an MTM with functioning buttonholes. I know this may be asking for a little much without going bespoke, but I remember seeing some jackets by Zara and Kuhlman that actually had functional buttonholes (though the quality and aesthetics were pretty awful). Anybody have luck with this area too?

Or am I just looking for something that simply doesn't exist?

Are you talking about off the rack? I've never seen a MTM (made to measure) suit with a keyhole buttonhole. And functioning buttonholes are pretty standard on MTMs.

Every Canali I've seen OTR has straight lapel buttonhole these days, no keyhole.

I'm confused - so the entire post above, you were talking about ready-to-wear clothes? You are looking for RTW clothes with straight buttonholes and unfinished sleeves?
