Hello,

I have been picking out on "MyTailor.com" what type of pants I want for my suit because they are coming to my town soon.

These pants will be flat front.

I cannot decide between slanted, in seam, or offset welt.

I want the one that shows tradition good tailoring.

I'm think I want the in seam pocket.

Here's the link to the choices:

What do you think?

I like slant pockets because they are less likely to gape open when you sit. But my suit trousers all wound up with pockets on the seam and I haven't been annoyed by them yet. I suppose they have the added advantage of appearing cleaner when standing, too--a benefit when you're dressed more formally in a suit rather than wearing odd trousers.

Do you think slanted is a better sign of tailoring?
