Are there any tailor's in the United States that still make skirted frock coats? I have been looking to no avail. Thanks.

There must be a tailor out there willing to give it a go - surely someone has the patterns. I'm bumping this cause I'd love him to find someone to make him one so we can follow the progression as it's made. Would be a great project.
