Exciting Shoe Challenge

In this challenge you are invited to pull out the funkiest, weirdest pair of shoes from your collection. It doesn't have to be a green suede loafer, just something beyond the standard brown/black lace-ups we see every day. Examples:

- Interesting colors
- Interesting materials
- Tassel loafers
- Sneakers, even (if you can pull it off)
- Jaw-dropping patina
- Boots

Almost anything will work, as long as the whole outfit is in harmony.

Good luck!

So is this a shoe only challenge (just close ups of shoes) or is the entire outfit going to be taken into consideration?

We'll assume that one has to integrate said funky footwear into an otherwise attractive fit.

But there is hope you can transform those boring old bespoke dinosaurs into chick magnets. These shoes, with the help of a white paint, and a brush, shout “I am an ARTIST, not some boring lawyer, CEO, or stock broker”. And when you see me with Lindsey Lohen walking out of rehab together on the way to the next SF meet-up, you’ll know why.

Either that or a ridiculously formal painter and decorator.

Ill let acecow correct me if I am wrong, but I dont want this turning out to be a "best of" challenge. The shoes need to be worn, and in harmony with the entire outfit. The whole outfit needs to be considered.

Well, this one will likely prove one of my own pet theories about SF.

Should be interesting.

Do you plan to share this pet theory, or will you keep it mum so as not to bias perceptions?
