Only a few days left. To those who posted several entries, precise which one you want to use for the poll, otherwise I will choose one myself when I will put the poll up.
I already said it several times, so last call.

Keep the entries coming !
Cheers
C.
I made the decision not to participate in this challenge, so please, do not include any of my previous images.

These have the unusual model name of ‘Swixty Step’ and were the result of a collaboration between the shoemaker Clarks and the V&A museum. Based on a design from the V&A archive, they seek to recreate that very low-rise Chelsea boot that was so popular with English Mods in the 1960s. Not much higher than a shoe really, so I hope they qualify.

Carvil is a Parisian shoemaker whose "Dylan" boots (named like that because Bob had MtM boots made by Carvil when he was in Paris) became a staple among Parisian Gents with a R'n'R twist. It was the boot of choice of the "Bande du Drugstore", a bunch of lads not always very frequentable, that hanged around the Champs-Élysées Drugstore in the 1960s-70s, while their shoe of choice was the Weston 180 loafer.

Very interesting footwear. I remember around the time of beatlemania there were all sorts of elastic-sided boots in the shops, from pointed Cuban heel-style to more mainstream looks.

Yes, I remember those days. I had a pair slightly higher than the Clarks. From a maker called Wearra or similar.
