This was so much fun I'll throw in another one. Pulp was a big part of my nineties, as I was a teenager heading towards adulthood. Their texts and catchy indie pop tunes really struck a note with me. Also, Jarvis Cocker is a well known patron of the cord suit:

I'd really like to see @Parker do Jarvis Cocker...

"Self-Portrait in Jazz"

Bill Evans is one of my favorite musicians and this is one of my favorite albums, so I knew I would have to give it a shot. I studied jazz piano in college so I have spent a lot of time listening to his music, and in more recent years began to appreciate the way he dressed in "boring" clothing and made it look effortlessly cool without being loud or showy. I do seem to lack the haunting, empty gaze of a tortured artist, but that's probably for the best.

Also, apparently he and I are the same age in these photos...not sure how that makes me feel.

Game, set, match.

You have my vote unless some magnificent bastard shows up with a green OCBD and an old Selmer or Martin Committee. Or a flannel suit and a Gibson ES-330.

I don't have Photoshop or the skills to put anything interesting together. Can somebody lend a hand if I can put something together? If so, please send a PM.

I don't have the photoshop skills either but remember that you don't necessarily have to shop yourself into an existing cover. You can do an approximation (like Thrift Vader and I did) or a free interpretation (as EFV has done) as well.

Just find a cover you like, get a friend to help take the pic. then windows photo editor (contrast, etc) and Publisher (text) is all you need. it's really fun. to be silly for a minute.

'Milestones' remains one of the most epic puns in history.
