Thank you! The raincoat is a Baracuta Mac (G10).

Going to try for a moody outdoor photo but lets start with this.

The mac is a (whisper it) Christian Dior Monsieur, Made in England. I grabbed it off eBay NOS a few years ago for £40. It had cuff belts, epaulets and belt hooks all with brass hardware. Far too busy for my taste. I stripped them all off and the results are good. Still get that great collar but with a far cleaner silhouette.

I wanted to try integrating some modern details into a casual menswear outfit for this look. The coat and shirt are nylon, the belt is polyester quick release, the pants have hidden pockets, and the Lanvin shoes have a zipper closure. Nice work organising this challenge, @Clouseau

@Clouseau the antagonist in Black Rain had some really cool outfits. It wasn't the best movie but the aesthetic was great.

It's not an original poster (I only recall ever seeing one BR poster back in '82), but rather a much later, fan made one. There's a bunch of these. Here's a nice variant.
