Damn, I was just reminded of this contest literally 10 minutes before I had to be out the door.....and not in this attire. Oh well, here goes, a little sloppy and hastily put together, I know, but I was in a hurry.

But my wider point stands; I think lighter or brighter coloured summer jackets are generally easier in textured solids rather than patterns. This may simply be personal habit, of course.

I can answer that; it's Hackett. It also has Friday Challenge pedigree; when I had it, it won the "best FU jacket" theme back in the day!

Great to see it being worn; it looks like it fits you very well (... but not totally sold on the combo; the weave of the jacket is quite open and I think generally it needs more textured rather than smooth stuff to complement it, but then again I'm cheating 'cos i know what it's like in person).
