Some fantastic entries this week.

Something old: Mulberry sports jacket dates from about 2003
Something new: Bespoke trousers new this autumn and on their second outing
Something borrowed: Well, the 1950s Auguste Reymond is second-hand and I feel I'm just caretaking it
Something blue: Quite a few including Hawes & Curtis shirt, Paul Costelloe tie, pocket hanky from an 'artisan' in Oporto

This is shaping up to be a very strong field of entries. Really great stuff, guys.

My fit from Tuesday qualifies I think, so I'll throw that in the mix.

Old/New: The tie appears to be old, judging by the label, but it's a recent ebay purchase so it's new to me. Anyone even heard of this maker? A lot of my ebay ties have old labels, like the BB next to it. The suede Carminas are also still pretty new too, though man I wish I had gotten the metal toe caps.
Blue: Exquisite Trimmings wool/silk square and the shirt.
Nothing borrowed. I'm too short for anyone else's stuff to fit me.

This challenge will go down in SF trivia history.

Ten years hence the ability to answer the question “In which Friday Challenge did an entrant wear women’s panties?” will be a prerequisite for becoming a senior member …

Cheers,

Lots of solid entries. Crusty and Dennis Walter, each of your submissions is among my favorite fits from you.

Very strong field!

I voted for Sugarbutch. Superb outfit which deserves more votes.

Current frontrunner Erik has great style and colour palette, but I can't reconcile the city tie with the country outerwear.

It's a knit, polka dot, but still knit.

Ah - I see. Didn't spot that. Now you force me to go back and find something else wrong with it.

Well, there are probably a lot of nits to picked. I was comfortable wearing it anyway :)
