A quick rearrangement of my accessories today yields my entry

Having worked in a CBD environment in Milan and Bologna, I can tell you that knits are rather popular. But I have never seen a single grenadine worn.

Just out of curiosity, how is this challenge different from monochromatic look? That's what I am seeing.
Not really my personal cup of chai, this one; Italian style doesn't particularly appeal as a choice for myself. Will browse others' entries with interest, however!
Since I only wear my stuff these days I am not sure I will be able to participate in this.
monochrome simply means all items in the same colorway/hue. this is much more specific than that. it allows for much less colors and a much more restricting style.

Come to think of it, there's an Italian element in each part of the outfit.
