Thanks, T! I didn't note the change from "compulsory mismatch" to "no mismatch"! Just trying to do what the Butler ordered. [IMG]

There have been some disqualifications, sorry, there is an option to chuck a sympathy vote to those who fell under my knife!
Mimo, the suits a lovely linen/mohair blend, one of the most comfortable things I have for the heat.

Yeah, the lightness really comes across in the pic actually. Maybe darker summer-weight suits are an under-used wonder. I need to look into some myself, as my lighter suits are a touch casual. I take it your suit's bespoke? It's an extraordinary fit and finish; love it.

Org and SoSty get my votes. I try to limit myself to two votes and sugar BARELY got edged by SoSty this time.

Butler, I just noticed you & Kaplan are at the same venue, Friday Challenge meet-ups, maybe we should have a special challenge where we try to get as many well dressed folks together in each city...the international shoe circle challenge!?

    That's incredible, Butler!

They were my top two as well, although I also blessed SB and Timo with my votes. Also because they didn't get any mimo-love before. Whereas I left out TTO just for a change...not that he isn't always deserving...

(Can't believe I'm losing out to the disqualified sympathy vote after wearing a three-piece on my day off - and it's 100 degrees and 75% humidity. You guys are tough.)

Butler, which linen book did you use to make the suit?

Orge and Southern for me. A vote would have gone to Butler as well if his made it in on time. Solid work gentlemen.

Org and TTO....though I saw Butler AFTER I voted.

SouthernStyle needs socks. It isn't cute anymore. Someone needs to take that kid out back to the woodshed!

Judging by what I know of the woodshed, being taken out there could turn out to be really awesome or really awful.

It is indeed a suit but I didn't really intend that picture for the competition. That picture is from several yeas ago, (though I did wear it this Wednesday) I was just using is as an example. Thanks for including it, however.

    Here is the whole suit:

That suit is fantastic! I am thinking about sleeve cuffs on one of my next suits. I usually wait until it's in the 80's before I break out the white suits but you are giving me some ideas...

That is a really good idea. I have long though that meetups should happen at regular intervals (at least in New York and San Francisco) so people could better plan for them.

Well here is what I actually wore yesterday. I was traveling most of the day and didn't change into proper attire until the evening. It turned out to be a rather late night and only just now had a chance to get to the computer. (Maybe if I was extra lucky TTO could switch out the photo....?)

One of my favorite of your suits. I have been jealous of it for a long time. I almost had something similar made last year but was unfortunately not able to secure the fabric.

Thanks! I'll have to ask Mina for the book when I see her next week.
