1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Re: POW/GP - don't own any, couldn't play. Broaden it to include checks, tartans or plaids generally, and then I'd be able to join in.

    I would definitely be down to participate in a plaid-tastic challenge. This isn't because you want to wear your all POW outfit again, is it?

    As much as I'm sure we want to see Rudals succeed (as we do all fellow SFers), I'm not sure it needs its own challenge.

    requirements:

    navy suit or SC
    blue tie (can be navy or light blue, but navy is more challenging. i give 2 votes extra credit for anyone wearing a navy tie)
    conservative shirt. solid or stripe.
    trousers and shoes of your liking.

    honestly, i really wanted to do a GP/PoW challenge, i just wasnt getting the feedback that more than a few would play. maybe whoever wins this one will do a GP/PoW next time?

    That's okay. I was just looking in my closet and realized how much I gravitate to glen plaids. It's funny, I have almost no solids.

    My style doesn't come anywhere close to aligning with forvm group think so don't plan a challenge on my account. I like to participate from time to time just for the fun of it.
