Ok I'm looking for a new overcoat to replace my ghetto department-store-vintage "Yves Saint Laurent" one, I saw these on ebay.

What do y'all think of this?

Try to ignore the eastern-european jack the ripper like model.

Are these LAME or GAME?

I like it. There are lots of clothing manufacturers that copy various military designed clothing, why not wear the real thing? Why can't clothes have an intellectual appear as well as an aesthetic appeal and historical significance? It plays tribute to all their military victories, well maybe scratch that.

Two thumbs up

I'd say lame. Yes, it's pure military style, but the length is far too tacky.

If it actually looks like that in real life, rather than all knackered and tacky I don't see why you shouldn't wear it. I would probably swap the buttons though.

I see the pocket for the baguette.

But which pocket is for the white flag?

It's reversible, the lining is white.

That's not a baguette, he's just happy to see you.

NB From the seller's description, this looks like a coat for fall and spring, not winter.

Also, how old are you? Past 20, these coats look tacky.
