Thinking of getting these as an alternative to the Clark's Dessert Boot or Wallabee. Any imput on the look or comments on the fit/quality?

Not bad. I'd be interested to see how those look with some jeans on someone.

Agreed. Just looking to mix it up within the same general style. Wondering if anyone has any direct experience with these?

Even at 75% off, they aren't quite right. Passed on 'em at Factory People. They just looked kind of middle-of-the-road.

I picked them up last night at Factory People. When they get here, I'll let you know, but I think they sold out considering they're not on the website anymore.

I don't like them. They look like a horrible hybrid between a duck boot, sneaker and desert boot.

Well, I wanted a Desert Boot-esque shoe. At $45 off of $165, I think it's a good purchase.

Isn't the J Crew desert boot ~$120, and the Clarks DB ~$90?

Maybe it was unclear: They're $45, originally $165.

For that price, I like them better than Clarks.
