I'm thinking of ordering an umbrella from Fox Umbrellas, and I emailed to find out if they would be reducing the price by 20% considering I'm order from and having it delivered to Canada. The replied and said: Does this make sense? They're basically saying that shipping the umbrella from England to Canada costs more than 40 pounds, and the VAT that they're charging me (which I don't think is allowed, is it?) is going towards subsidizing the cost of shipping? When it gets here, I'll still have to pay duties and so on. Am I the only one that's "wtf" about this policy?
