Found a great shirt collar cleaner...

I've been using a great product for laundering shirt stains out. Shout Advance Ultragel. It it is very effective but gentle. Has one of those scrubber caps. If you need a quality stain remover for shirts or other things, check it out.

I have a Shout leave-in type spray. It couldn't exactly get out what the cleaner couldn't. I ended up using some no-name bleach. It worked, and even on the shirt with stripes it didn't whiten any dark parts.

The fabric looks undamaged. Am I missing something? Have I ruined the shirts in the longrun? I diluted the bleach with water and didn't keep the bleach on for more than a few minutes before washing it out. Also, I only used the bleach on the neck area. Let me know if I should be concerned.

That's good to know because I have some more shirts from the cleaners that still have some yellow.

I really like wearing white shirts. I'm glad I don't have to give them up.

I usually use that Shout stuff and give the collars a quick spray before I drop them off at the cleaners.

I've used this stuff and I have found that I have to run the shirts through a second wash and rinse to get it all out, or else they still come out feeling sticky. I just use regular shout now.

Yep. I gave up on hand cleaning charges when I realized I could do it better myself. Too many pricey shirts to let animals do the cleaning.

I found this cleaner actually does a better job than my cleaners in terms of removing stains. It's that good. It has that plastic brush cap and its a gel so maybe we are using two different products. I tried the spray on Shout and it is not nearly as good.

I have not encountered this second wash issue. They come out fine from my Neptune.
