Hell if I know. I just Googled images of Wiki and that's what came up on the first page of hits.

I like it because it requires a password to edit content. The password could be posted here and changed periodically to discourage chinese textile spammers and black suit fans.

That's one of the things that crossed my mind: the black suit fiasco (and I love my MTM black suit, damn it!).

I like the idea of a wiki.
Why don't you copy a few articles from the forum and post them there to start showing something... As a Proof of Concept...

That way, the idea will become clearer and people will be able to make a better judgement on whenether the idea is good or not.

Have at it. The current wiki password is brownfarmer. I'd suggest starting with a high-level outline along the lines of a) tailored clothing, b) streetwear, c) shoes or something along those lines.

Dan, good job making it happen.

I prefer WikiCities as I'm more used to the MediaWiki software, but you took the initiative.

Ok, so I pasted a bunch of content as an example. The "Shoes" page is the best example as it contains a bunch of illustrations as well. Obviously, the outline and content would be much more developed.

I think it would make for a much more readable FAQ and reference in addition to a secondary source for very useful information in the unfortunate cases where SF is unavailable.
